Happy New Year, the Northshore Surf Season is finally underway! This morning the waves started out in the 6-8 foot range and peaked around mid morning with some solid 10 footers. Country came up to about 5 on the weekend of September 7th Friday into Saturday morning. When I woke up early that Friday morning for the long-awaited country swell, it was rainy and stormy and the waves were not quite kicking in yet so I thought, oh this is a bad way to start outREAD MORE

Wow, what a drought. I think there has only been 2-3 small swells since the 4th of July, a solid 2 months of flat surf. I think this has been one of the worst summers I can ever remember. There was a summer a few years back that was pretty bad, but so far IREAD MORE

Aloha all, I went overseas for 2 weeks and from what I heard, the waves were flat the entire time I was gone. I got back right during a little south swell which rose to about 2 feet on July 31st and lasted a couple days, then there was a follow up swell this pastREAD MORE
